CSOs can be a significant source of pollution in our lakes and rivers. This is the problem that Jindrichuv Hradec’s locals know all too well. Six CSOs continually overflow into the city-defining Vajgar lake throughout the year. I have reconstructed the 3D models of the CSOs, simulated the flow and the particle distribution in them. In the end we identified the worst CSOs and the amount of yearly sediment they were bringing to the lake.
